System Status Archive
11/02/08 06:09 - 10:37 EST - Excessive errors with fiber transport exceed threshold and ports are automatically disabled by carrier yet erroneously report "connected" state which complicated service restoration.
05/22/08 06:30 EST - Session controller software restored due to issues associated with customers using Vertical Wave, Televantage, and Telco Systems AC-211 endpoints which require extensive protocol repair.
04/28/08 03:10 EST - Emergency maintenance is currently being performed on one of our OC12 transport nodes.
03/12/08 18:45 EST - One of our front-end SIP servers was unable to contact the database cluster and became unresponsive, causing intermittent call failures for some of our customers.
03/05/07 12:10 EST - We had a problem with inbound call routing for some of our customers.
02/09/07 16:55 - 17:05 EST - We had a problem at one of our data centers which caused intermittent issues with inbound and outbound calls for some phone numbers.
01/28/07 00:00 - 02:00 EST - There will be a 5-minute outage that may affect service while we upgrade some portions of our network.
01/21/07 00:00a EST - There will be two, 15-minute maintenance windows while we upgrade some portions of our network.
11/18/06 03:30a EST - We had a VOIP gateway that was not processing calls properly. Inbound and outbound calls that hit that gateway would get dead-air. That issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
